Newest update made this app awful
This app used to work great. I just to be able open it push the button and it would unlock the door. Now, when I open the app, sometimes it doesn’t load properly. I click the button and nothing happens. Have to close the app and then reopen it again. Whatever they did on the most recent update please fix it. This app completely sucks now.

Doesn’t work majority of time
I’ve coded better apps with my eyes closed. It’s not that hard.
a building is RI
I use this as a key to a building in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. It used to work very well, now you have to push it four or five times to open up the door. Very annoying, terrible customer service.
I missed my elevator
The app was updated, and now the loading screen takes too long

tried to get into my school. they looked at my phone and denied me access. when i complained they shot me in the leg.
wallet bug
apple wallet keeps popping up when scanning. I understand this is an apple issue but you can block this from occurring when your third party app is running.
Maybe time for an update…
The app is simple and works. But can we please get an update!? Maybe some built in Siri Shortcut capabilities.

I think a new updated app logo and a somewhat refreshed user interface would make the app look much nice and much more professional. Otherwise the app does work fine.
