My Fitbit won’t even turn on it’s very annoying because I spent a lot of money on this and the app doesn’t want to connect I’ve read the instructions and tried so many ways to turn it on but it won’t it will charge and it only connect when charging when you disconnect it, it goes back to square one and won’t turn on.

No time sync available
I can no longer sync my time. The battery died and I charged and now the sync time tab is gone.

App constantly crashes right after i open it hasn't tracked any data!

App is terrible. Always crashing. Never saves my personal info therefore always losing my step track info and calories. Makes it impossible to view weekly results.
Too Many Bugs
I can’t even use the band or app together because the app crashes every time I try to pair it with the band. Without the app, the band is useless to me. I want the full bang for my buck and I’m not getting it. Sadly going to return it and get a more expensive one.
Updated app
I am unable to get my device to sync to the updated app, which means the time is wrong on my device and I have no way to fix it. Also I am unable to track my steps.

Good except app keeps shutting down
The app looks good but I can't actually have a proper look at it because as soon as I connect my watch, every time I open the app it shuts down? Maybe a bug that needs fixed please fix soon and I will increase my rating.

This app is absolutely terrible! Keeps shutting down on me and does absolutely nothing like the description says! Other than count calories burnt and steps! Very disappointed!

Bought the fitness tracker and downloaded app. Crashes. Uninstall and reinstalled and still crashes. What a joke.
No longer able to get notifications
Several days ago the tracker stopped providing text and phone call notifications from my iPhone. My wife said the same thing has happened to her phone.

Just got my fitness bracelet on 09.16.2016. I followed the instruction on getting everything set up. The app will not stay open or will it put my information on how many steps I have taken. Please fix I spent a lot of money on my fitness gadget. Reading a lot of other post from different people that is using this app and there having the same issue.

Terrible!!!
App won't stay open! Uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted and still nothing. Makes your tracker basically nothing more than a pedometer. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!
