App crashes way too much, and the sleep tracker doesn’t work.

My Fitbit won’t even turn on it’s very annoying because I spent a lot of money on this and the app doesn’t want to connect I’ve read the instructions and tried so many ways to turn it on but it won’t it will charge and it only connect when charging when you disconnect it, it goes back to square one and won’t turn on.

No time sync available
I can no longer sync my time. The battery died and I charged and now the sync time tab is gone.
Crashes/ loses connection
App crashes a lot and loses connection to wrist band. Product goo app bad
