Continual lockout

I have to reset my password very often because I’m getting locked out and I’m not sure why because my password only changes when I get locked out, but it is constantly happening

I Absolutely love the Rcb Bank App I’ve had no issues whatsoever I’m highly impressed and satisfied with the service and support it works Amazing and there’s no Buffers or interruptions And I Also Like The Newly Updated and upgraded Features.

Super easy

The RCB bank mobile app is very easy to use. I can check balances, etc. anytime and anywhere. I am glad that RCB has this app for customers to use.

Still garbage

After RCB changed app platforms 2+ years ago, it’s still worse than it previously was. I still can’t get SMS notification from every transaction with simple details of amount or vendor name. Old app had that functionality. Still don’t have a sum balance of all accounts. Old app had that. There’s been zero enhancements since launch. RCB digital team is asleep at the wheel. More than happy to provide more feedback. Maybe start with a customer satisfaction survey? Haven’t seen one of those in years.
