A step backwards
This last update was a step backwards if you have more than one system they get mixed up your different areas sometimes show the name sometimes they don’t I hope developer addresses this issues ASAP
Needs work
Constantly hanging up, not syncing with panel even when selecting sync with panel. Will show disarming when system is armed. Slider switch is a pain in the arse. Needs work
False open close signals
Very annoying to receive false open and close signals and sometimes neither received
Great App
Works excellent except when radio towers are down. They were down for a couple days, not storm related. All is well, but they should at least update users when this activity is active.
Scaling is Off
On iPhone 16 with IOS 26.4.1 and zoomed display on, the circles on the main screen get cut off
Left with no teleco for days
App is slow lacks features previous app offered teleco frequent loss. Not easy to reset

Alarm system only works remotely via app about 50% of the time. This renders it unreliable and largely worthless

Why do I have to sign in every other time I use the remote arming and disarming ! This is getting very disturbing ! HELP ! Please

What was told to us there was an outage and the alarm company said it was the app”s fault and that the developers had yet to fix it. Been out for three days now.

Great app but would like notification for alarm on/off
App works well overall. We would like to have they option to receive notification in iOS for when alarm is turned on and off. Helps to alert us if someone comes home or leaves in a family setup with multiple users. Thanks!

Doesn’t work with Shortcuts app
Most apps like this work well with the iOS Shortcuts app. This one tries to. It has one shortcut to “open door” with an input of a “serial number”. I have one serial number but two doors. When I run the shortcut with the serial number nothing happens lol
Could be better.
This review is for MN02-LTE-M-AV using RControl. I would like to see faster connectivity when refreshing and loading the app, as sometimes the app gets in a “stuck” state. I would also like to see the connectivity state or some data about the strength of the signal. Basically, I want confirmation the app is connected with a status somewhere saying connected.
