Personally I feel this app should be free as we pay taxes already and it's all public information but would be nice to have so I don't have to pull the book out or look up to print documents off

It’s very unfortunate that someone felt the need to copy and paste the Revised Code of Washington into an app and decide to charge a yearly subscription for the same information that you can get online.
You offer no incentive other than something we’ve already been able to do online, and you’re charging for it. Is this even legal? I wouldn’t know, I’d have to pay to look that up.
At the very least, your app looks professional and the tool tips I’ve seen are very informative and I’m glad you clearly, and shamelessly, explain what it is you’re offering.

Nice to have in hand!
This app is nice to have in a pinch. For those people who are upset about paying....you can access all these RCW's online for free, however this app puts it at your fingertips. Great for getting that law degree!
How is this legal
Now the state wants to CHARGE YOU MONEY to see the laws that they use to control you.
Disappointing
Cumbersome to navigate and not user friendly. Not recommended.

I purchased the full RCW and on occasion it will revert back to the free mode with a few titles. Other then that it's a great app.

This would be very handy, but you get only limited articles for free. You have to spend $14.99 to get all of them.

This app has saved me a time or two in public hearings, when an internet connection is not available. Having the data handy has been great. Thank you!
Useless in/out of court
Clearly the most expensive useless app I have encountered. Apple should be embarrassed and refund all proceeds. The need for such an app is in court. I can use my desktop at the office. So speed is everything in court...if not fast, not useful. This is poorly organized ... so inaccessible.

App said free them provided only the worthless titles. All the useful titles are $2.99 each! Don't waste your time or money on this entirely useless app.
Don't bother.
Not actually free. Only includes a few free sections. You have to pay 2.99 to activate each section after that. Google IS free.

I thought it would be entire Rcw's it isn't. They want almost 15 dollars for the missing parts.
