RD Fresh

RD Fresh is the companion app for kitchens that use RD Fresh bags in their walk-in coolers. It shows whether each location is protected, reminds your team when new bags arrive, and keeps a record of every swap. The home screen shows one of three states: • Protected: fresh bags are in. You see the day of the 30-day cycle and when the next bags ship. • Swap bags: a delivery arrived, and nobody has signed off yet. • Overdue: 3 days passed with no sign-off, and your alert contacts got an email. Sign off in one tap. After the swap, tap "Replace bags & sign off", enter who swapped the bags, and confirm. The app records the time. Reminders. Get a notification when bags ship, when they arrive, and each morning until someone signs off. Alert list. Add up to 5 people per location. They get an email if the bags are still not swapped on day 3. Sign-off log. See every delivery, who swapped the bags, and when. Records cannot be edited. Learn. Watch the installation and maintenance videos, and open RD Fresh guides and documents. The app is for RD Fresh customers. Log in with your RD Fresh portal email and password. Orders and subscriptions stay on the RD Fresh portal. Support: (580) 373-7448, 6am to 10pm EST, or mike@rdfresh.com.
