App does not work
I have deleted and re-installed the app many times trying to get it to work. No luck.

This app is no longer functioning. No cafes load the screen has an infinite loading wheel and you can longer sign in using any method. Seems the developers have abandon this app.

The app appears to be abandoned. It just doesn’t work—never loading—just spinning. Looks like the last update was a year ago.
It’s a real shame this app died. It provided the same convenience of ordering coffee on your phone that Starbucks has a monopoly on but it paired up with local, good coffee houses. Hope someone else picks up where they left off. RIP.

Never works
This app had only worked once for me, only worked the two times or so, other than that I just get a loading wheel, tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling and no change.
Didn’t work
Downloaded app on my way to a coffee shop and it just spun “finding a cafe” for 15 mins

Great concept, awful execution
This app is a great idea. However, it is the GLITCHIEST app i have ever used. It constantly crashes or won’t load at all and a few times, all of my “tokens” have disappeared. I tried emailing customer service and got no resposne
Not working and no support
This app was great while it worked. I’ve been trying to use it for over a month and it now says host unknown. I’ve send 4 emails to tech support as well as uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also wrote a message on their instagram, not one response back and it’s been on going for over a month now. If it’s closed down then say so on some platform

App not working!
App hasn’t been working for weeks and I can no longer log in. Annoying because I have free drinks in my account that I can’t access.

It seems like the app is discontinued and the right thing to do is take it down and at least give users a notice.

There’s a coffee shop near me that is always busy and the only way to order ahead is thru this RDY App. But this app never works for me.
Fix It
App hasn’t been working for two weeks and there’s no way to report it. On the cafe screen it’s just the loading button. On the home page I can’t sign in. What’s going on?
