Thanks for the feedback, but I’d like to correct a few claims here. Around 95% of Rdytofly is free, including most of its core functionality. The app is also much more than a scratch map. One of its biggest features is a complex travel planner where you can build detailed itineraries, organize flights, expenses, tickets, maps, wishlists, collaborate with fellow travellers and much more. The travel diary itself includes 150+ statistics and categories beyond simply marking countries on a map. During development and testing, I have carefully consulted with travellers specifically about how useful the free version is on its own. It was important to me that Rdytofly remains genuinely useful without paying for Pro. Pro mainly unlocks some of the deeper and more advanced functionality. Rdytofly is built and maintained by me as a solo developer, with thousands of hours invested into the product. Like many developers today, I use AI tools to assist with parts of development, but saying that “Claude made the website” simply isn’t accurate. I’m also not sure why an assumption about how the website was developed is being used to rate the iOS app on the App Store. I completely understand if Rdytofly isn’t for you, and criticism is always welcome. But calling the app a “scam” based on claims that aren’t accurate is unfair.
