Always breaks
This app is fantastic when it works, which is not often enough. When you need to take pictures and get info while in offline mode, it almost never properly transfers into online mode.
Lots of the data gathering options are pointless, at least in my region.
When in travel mode, I feel like it should say the customer name/company name, not just the unit number.
The search function is almost useless unless you know the exact unit number or W/O number that you’re looking for.
This is a good app otherwise, like I said, when it works, its great. The things I’ve pointed out are my criticisms after using this app for years, ultimately it does exactly what it needs to in a mostly convenient way.

Multiple locations
Not the easiest to figure out what location services are being requested when we run multiple locations. Wish you could see all services requested without putting in your current location.
Tech
This newest version is terrible! Reach has always been glitchy, however this latest update almost defeats the purpose of having this app for technician. When opening the app it goes directly to events from 2 years ago. Also when looking at submitted,in process no numbers are shown so you have to count them manually, that’s if they load properly. This newest update has made working from this app incredibly hard, I’ve sent emails requesting help with no responses for days now!

Work orders
Your oldest work order is at the top of the list so unless you know your unit number to search then your scrolling through hundreds of work orders to see what you did yesterday.
Search functionality
It is very difficult to go back to a completed work order unless you know the unit number. If the order is in completed you must scroll through literally every single work order /job I have done till you get to the bottom to find what your looking for which was probably only a few days ago. It would be nice to be able to filter work orders by date along with other critical info.

Not easy to work with
This App needs serious work. It is not easy nor user friendly. It doesn’t tell how many characters is enough before you submit. You cannot create an event without hitting an unnecessary obstacle that will keep sending you back to fill in * fields. It wastes drivers valuable time.
Too fast to deliver
Whenever an update is pushed out, there are always several issues. Overall good product but too many “bugs” that are not tested
Very Intuitive App!!
Easy to navigate. Saves time for both Driver and Technician.
