Can’t even create an account on app
I ordered the sidekick but I can’t even create an account because it keeps giving me an error message “131”. Super frustrating:(
Useless
This is probably a fine app... but you need the Sidekick button- which is out of stock everywhere.... Phone calls are not returned. No response to emails nor to the companies online support form
Great app, well worth the piece of mind.
This app worked great with their small button paired with my phone! I accidentally pressed the button (oops!) And within minutes I got a call from one of my contacts asking me if I was ok.

Good intentions, but needs improvements
Main reason I give 2 stars is because it will not automatically reconnect after the device gets out of bluetooth range. It will be an easy solution with a new firmware, but they don't seem to care. Yes I dis reached out to them already.

This is the BIGGEST battery sucker I ever had installed on my phone. The 100% charged battery is done in 6 hours if app is in background. And phone is untouchable hot. Are you f-ing crazy???

Perfect for Running
I am a college student and have used this for a couple of years for when I'm running at night on campus. I have told all of my friends about it. It works super well and the GPS tracking aspect makes me feel so much safer!
Had high hope
It did not work consistently well with my ipads and now with iPhone i cant even add contacts.

A test message... Which took ages to add the details to, I might add. Oh look, I've now been grabbed by my stalker!! Then sat for ages waiting for the message to arrive... Nope! Too late, I'm dead in the ditch!! Thanks people... NOT!! Waste of time.. People go missing faster than they can get this to work!

Can't get past sign up
Super buggy. I got as far as upload pic and couldn't get any further. I tried closing it and going back in and got the React Mobile icon. Completely locked up.
Requests not working
Worked at first but now follow requests through the app do not work. Have to use the web. Still a great app but has some bugs.
What a great concept!
As Mr Mom while wifey is out of town, this is a great app to just stay a bit safer and if things do go "sideways" I'm a bit safer because if I don't check in on time, this app is going to be doing all the screaming for me! Road trip, late night walk, grabbed off the street, sudden home invasion, etc. this app is a good backup for the Calvary to come to the rescue. If my family can't get a hold of me, they can instantly tell where I am. Great idea and it's only going to get better!

Love it
I really do love it and as a serious teen runner, I look for any ways I can help ensure safety. Every time I go running, I make sure that this app is turned on. Another recommended app I use is called road id, makes a custom safety lock screen and I use them both. Definitely recommend them.

Unable to log in using Facebook. It just stays on the main sign in screen.
Peace of Mind for business travelers
I travel a lot for business and my wife has to walk the dogs by herself at night. Now she and I have peace of mind because I can track her on her walks, errands, or any other time she feels unsafe while I am away. She loves knowing that immediate help is only one push of a button away.

Solo runner
As a solor runner in a big city, this app gives me the peace of mind that even when I'm out there alone, someone can be "watching" me via GPS. It makes me feel a lot better knowing someone would know where I am if something where to happen!
Helps me feel more secure
This is a really great tool. I often walk alone, sometimes in the woods with my small dog. I love that my husband can track me and know that I am safe. I also use this app to track my son when he goes on long bike rides with his friends. Great for added piece of mind as a parent.

Works exactly as advertised and gives me peace of mind when I'm out at night alone. Recommended!
