Scam!!!

Tried their trial period. Didn’t like it so asked for my money back! I hear only promises they’d refund! In reality, I’m getting charged every month $29! Don’t download! Waste of energy and time! Now I gotta change my card because of this stubborn transaction!

Unable to use the app and my card is getting charged $30 a month

Step cont is wrong

Since last 2 updates steps are not recording so no matter how many you do it’s taking thousands away not a good app to use for team challenges needs fixing quickly

It’s not working

Everytime i go into the app it’s saying it needs and update and I go Into the update and it says open.

Disappointed

My company decided to do a Steps app. It was a great idea, but this app brought more frustration than positive culture contributions. The goals kept changing throughout the day - you’d be 100 steps from reaching your goal and it would jump by thousands. You’d complete an activity to earn a point and not see it added to your daily total. I didn’t receive the gift card I cashed in on. I reported these issues within the app several times and never heard back. Really disappointing to know my company paid for this service and I didn’t get my gift card or a response to my reports. This app has a lot of potential but until they can improve their service and platform, it’s a disappointment to invest.

Worked great for a couple days. Now the app won’t get past the loading screen and closes without warning.

Great tool for team building. We planned using it one time but ended up staying for over a year now because our employee loves it

Buggy, Inconsistent, Did Not Pay Out Reward

I don’t think there’s any reason to use this app for a company challenge. It’s pretty bad.

Step counts roll over to the next day arbitrarily. Navigation is buggy and does not flow very well. There’s a reward system but the gift cards were never actually delivered.

Doesn’t sync data from iPhone health app

My steps data from iPhone health is not syncing with application. Everything is properly enabled.

App’s issues

All of a sudden in the middle of a step company wide step challenge the app says that your free subscription has ended. Please upgrade your subscription. That needs to get fix asap. Such a disappointment

Needs work

Unable to post videos. When a task is completed, the app automatically closes. I used to be able to share the task.

Lots of glitches/Never paid out rewards

There was at least 2 days out of each week where the app wouldn't update til half way through the day.

I'm still owed $65 in rewards. Never paid out as I redeemed...

A lot of bugs

Has a lot of bugs, and can’t view historical progress past 1 week. Zero stars
