This app keeps crashing! I can’t even use it after paying for the membership 🫤
I would like a refund for my subscription.

Great app. Even gives swaps and you can add foods that aren’t in database with three pics.
Crashing
After paying for full years, less then one month in the app keeps crashing. Yes I did the update, it still crashes.
Not Working
This app hasn’t worked for at least a week. I’m regretting my membership!
App Not Working
Was at my local grocery store and APP was not working. Frustrating.

Subscription based service
Don’t understand why you would pay 7.99 a week or the expensive yearly rate for a service you can do yourself on many AI platforms.
Excellent app and easy to use
I learned about Jen and her app listening to The Ultimate Human podcast. I would like to see the app give recommendations on where to purchase the items you recommend. Also, recipes on how to cook every day meals using clean ingredient. These things added would make the app top notch and would gladly pay more for said service. I hope this is considered in future updates.

Weak database and constant errors
I really wanted to like this. Started out ok. But now it can never find foods, barcode reader is hit and miss, constant errors when finding foods or, more often, when I’m trying to send pictures to upload food data because the database is weak. Free alternative Yuka is more reliable. If you guys fix the app and update it, maybe I’ll re-subscribe but for now I’m out. Better alternatives out there that work.

Many Errors Found
I love the concept of this app and it has helped me to be more diligent about reading labels. But I have found many errors, items marked clean that clearly are not. Two most recent errors I found are Baked Cheetos and Dannon Lite & Fit Key Lime Pie Yogurt. I have sent in 10 or more error reports today as well as an email asking that they review entries and make corrections. These errors were easy to spot but I’m concerned about not so obvious errors.

Life changing
I love this app sometimes haha now I am afraid to eat anything before I scan it. I say sometimes because now it’s more work to eat healthier but in the end it will be worth it!
No Canadian content
Does not scan Candian UPC codes, so until mor e data is uploaded not very useful, but love the concept
Expected More
Great concept yet the execution is lacking. No ability to type in and search. Too many Missing items in database. No kickback perks for those of us willing to take pictures to populate the database. Wrong foreign food items appear regularly. I scanned Simms beef jerky and got some kind of Swedish or Dutch candy.

The app concept is great. It’s a lot like Bobby approved. I get turned off when there’s recommendations and then an affiliate link. I lose all trust in the person or company. I understand people are trying to hustle, but too many influencers have ruined the general public’s trust. Other than that there are some items not on there. I understand the app is still new, so I think that will get better.

Best Food App EVER!
Great clean eating app! I needed to change my diet and had to eliminate certain foods and eat REALLY clean! This was the best app to guide me and take the guess work out of what was clean and what wasn’t! Great job Jen!!
Great app so far
If it doesn’t have the product in their database, it would ask you to take a photo of the product and the ingredients and it will give you a report immediately based on the ingredients
