Lost my membership paid for a year and had no help from support

Paid for a entire year subscription and somehow got logged out. I used the Apple ID auto fill when making the account, and it won’t let me log back in with it it change password or send email or anything. Emailed support multiple times and got a few un helpful responses which took literal weeks and months for each response. They never even emailed back from 2 months ago so I now just give up. Don’t waste your money with this app there are many better ones that won’t take your money then ignore you.

Misleading

This app was advertised as a free app which it was not.

Locking info behind paywall 🤡

Nobody’s paying when research is free 🤣

Tiny databases

Paid $30+ for this app that stop updating its database. I’ve scanned over 20 water bottles and none of them are recognized. Then it asks to add the brand to the database. The camera won’t work and the bar scan is useless. Worst app I’ve ever bought. It deserves negative Star.

H20Score provides detailed insights into the quality of bottled and tap water. It allows you to scan water bottle barcodes or search for tap water quality data by city or zip code to understand what's in your water.

How does H20Score analyze water quality?

For bottled water, it analyzes the brand's water report based on a scanned barcode. For tap water, it accesses nationwide data for major US cities. The app breaks down important data like TDS, fluoride, and pH into an easy-to-understand rating.

How much does H20Score cost?

The app offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required, costing $29.99 per year or $19.99 per year after the trial period. Payment is handled through your iTunes account and subscriptions auto-renew annually.

What kind of information can I find about my water?

You can find detailed breakdowns of your water's composition, including levels of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), fluoride, and pH. The app also identifies potential contaminants and provides a clear rating for overall water quality.

Can H20Score help me choose water filters or bottled water brands?

Yes, the app helps you compare different water filters and bottled water brands based on real data. This allows you to make more informed decisions about which products are truly clean and effective for your needs.
