Lost my membership paid for a year and had no help from support
Paid for a entire year subscription and somehow got logged out. I used the Apple ID auto fill when making the account, and it won’t let me log back in with it it change password or send email or anything. Emailed support multiple times and got a few un helpful responses which took literal weeks and months for each response. They never even emailed back from 2 months ago so I now just give up. Don’t waste your money with this app there are many better ones that won’t take your money then ignore you.

Tiny databases
Paid $30+ for this app that stop updating its database. I’ve scanned over 20 water bottles and none of them are recognized. Then it asks to add the brand to the database. The camera won’t work and the bar scan is useless. Worst app I’ve ever bought. It deserves negative Star.

Great App
People are giving 1 star because they had to pay? People, it costs money to develop apps and websites and keep them updated and running. Great App. Love it, we know who is selling us good water now and who’s not. Thank You Developers. I don’t know why people buy a $7 Starbucks but complain about a $1.99 a month app that’s not free to build or keep updated. Also, on another note, as a company on the app, these folks that run the app will not take money for ads or product placement. :)

Feels Like A Cash Grab
You're required to pay just to scan water bottles, which is already frustrating-especially when the product selection is limited. I attempted to scan Mountain Valley Water, and it didn't show up at all.
On top of that, the app pushes a subscription fee of $14.99 per year or $24.99 for a lifetime subscription.
This pricing doesn't make much sense when the same information can be easily found through a simple online search or by using tools like ChatGPT. Overall, it feels less like a helpful resource and more like an unnecessary cash grab.

Many Canadian water brands not included. Tap water reports for Canada also not included. Will pay for app if they include Canadian data in the future.

App lacks information about many brands of water I tried to search. If it didn’t have any testing or research on it, it just gave it a low rating. They had advertising that you’ll see the data behind the rating but not at all true once using the app — overall pretty useless. Icelandic had the highest rating, but again only take that with a grain of salt considering it didn’t include many waters I searched for.
