Complains about white background
Complains about white background even with ID placed on black sheet. Sometimes says move to avoid reflection. Not even once it captured my id details.

It scan and save your passport details for what? If I can't even acess it. This is a way to gather your info and god knows what they will do with your data.

What’s the point of this app? I did the verification and can’t even download the document.
Hot garbage
It is supposed to be a id reader but it fails at its only job. Which leads me to believe it is probably an information gathering app. Avoid at all cost.
Won't scan
It can't scan my ID after 30 minutes of adjusting the distance. Keeps telling me to make sure the information is visible when it couldn't be more visible.
Terrible software
Numerous glitches; copy is not written well, poor directions, broken links, does not scan when following poor directions. Odd error messages. A BIG FAIL. SCRAP THIS.
GREAT “IN THEORY”!
Has all the features I’m looking for but NOTHING WORKS! It doesn’t scan any ID’s or read any NFC’s. I tried MULTIPLE ID’s and PASSPORTS. Utterly USELESS!
Horrible Image Analysis
I tried 20 plus times to get my face authenticated and it still has yet to be the easiest task became the worst.
LIVE SAVER
I accidentally washed my passport in the washing machine. My goal was to fill up my passport before it expired with stamps of my travels and halfway there I thought it was all over thankfully I found this app online and I was able to scan it and my passport was able to be scanned, and I can be assured that it still works.

Help needed
The app works, I was hesitant at first. But with the chip being picked up does that mean that the chip works? I’m from the UK and I go abroad in a few months but I put the passport in with my dirty washing and it got soaked. The pages look okay however, but I was worried about the chip. With the chip being scanned and giving me the information from it does that confirm it’s working and I can use my passport for travel?
