Worst customer support and my 3 year didn’t like this app at all
I have used their free trial to check the app and see what they are saying is true. But it is not a good app for reading and my son didn’t like it all. I forgot to cancel before trial ends as soon as I saw they charged me for yearly subscription I emailed them as they don’t have any other ways to contact other than email to cancel my subscription as my son didn’t like it and I am not going to use their app. They reply me so late asking me to do it in Apple itself. I told them
I can’t do it for the present active subscription and you guys have to do it. Then they asked me apple bill and I sent them but till now they didn’t reply me back or cancel it. It’s $63.59 and not even using the app.

Confused
Our reading path stopped at J? I’m not really sure why. I would like to know what I paid so much for if this is it.

Doesn’t talk to much but this app as helped. That and reading a lot to my kid when she was under 1
Nowhere to cancel subscription
Just downloaded to see what it looks like, but giving no option to cancel the trial before payments start. Please advise how to stop subscription. Thank you!

Awesome experience
My niece gets happy when I pull it up and normally it’s hard to get her to like learning. But this does a great job.
So disappointed
Firstly I feel that I was tricked into a year’s subscription by not cancelling a day before the free trial week ended.
2) Doing the assessment of your child doesn’t change the level at which the app starts.
3) We managed to work through the Anna story and then when we got to building the name for Billy, the letters were so big that they were off the screen. There is no way to resize or move on in any way. So we got from A to a bit of B and now it’s stuck and we can’t continue on the reading path.
4) I tried to contact you through your web page but the link doesn’t work.
I have never left a negative comment, but this has been a very disappointing experience and I feel that you left me no choice.

Good
My child loves it, but he always loves the newer stories. They haven't updated the app in a while, so we are stuck on A-J stories. I can tell he is getting bored of what's available! I just wish we'd get more stories
Generally good
Seems to engage our toddler, but problem in formatting (iPad Pro)results in the screen switching from portrait mode to landscape with the spelling sections, so when it switches back to the story trails you have to rotate the screen. Quite disruptive and something that should be easy to fix with an update.

How do I change the language
Just purchased speech Blubbs and paid the for lifetime option this app is included I am not happy that it states it’s available in Spanish however there’s NO WAY to change it to Spanish ! And the contact us option is inaccessible! Help !

It has a glitch on a level - as it looks too big for the screen so we can’t accomplish the puzzle- which leaves us stuck and cannot progress. Tried to contact developer with no avail.
