Slow and glitchy
This app needs so much work, it freezes often and is slow and has tons of glitches
Shouldn’t even be allowed on the store
This app is so poorly designed that it used up almost 3GB of data in less than 10 min. That’s beyond ridiculous. Plus didn’t even need the darn app to get Tuesday ticket discounts. Now I have to figure out how to delete my account and make sure they delete my info. Fire the engineers who designed and programmed this thing!!!

Buggy
Once you save your seats you have to checkout right away without switching apps or clicking on anything else in the app or you will lose your tickets and have to wait 10 minutes to try again.

After more updates the app is much better and the previous reviews are nonsense.

Hot mess, normal features do not work!
The normal usability things that you love from iPhone apps just don’t work. Upon registration I couldn’t auto fill out my name and address. Upon payment it didn’t offer Apple Pay, and also wouldn’t bring up my saved credit cards. Predictive typing didn’t work. After purchase there IS a “save to wallet” button, but… you guessed it… it doesn’t work. It feels like they wrote this app years ago for android and then just copied it to iOS without any improvements. What a waste!

Doesn’t Work
Tried to buy tickets three times and each time it went nowhere! What a waste. Why have an app that you can’t buy tickets from?
Horrible App
This app is horrendous!! I can’t login nor can I continue as a guest without it glitching and forcing me to close it. Horrible experience and making me unable to purchase tickets online. I’ll just go to a different movie theater if this is the service I’ll receive.

New app, more bugs. If you like re-ordering 2-3 times and loosing your seats, this app is great. Tried putting in a food order ahead of time 3 times and kept getting booted to the main screen losing my entire order.

The worst
Trying for the past 20” to buy tickets. The screen just goes completely white & then doesn’t release the tickets. I’m ready to be over Reading. I have to pay an additional fee for this aggravation?!? Wow
New and Improved?
No. It’s not. It’s harder to navigate and only works in portrait mode. Here’s a notion: NOT EVERYONE USES THEIR PHONE! SOME OF US USE OUR TABLETS IN LANDSCAPE MODE.
The app also takes a whole lot more time switching between screens, and there’s no “back” arrow I can find.

App is terrible
This app is such a downgrade from the previous one. I haven’t even gone to the movies since this app came out because I can’t even check movie times. I’ve just about given up on this app. And also how is this the only theater that doesn’t offer a subscription service. Going to go back to AMC or regal because they actually care about their apps and subscriptions.

Worst app I’ve ever used
This is by far the worst app ever. It is incredibly frustrating. So glitchy. Can’t view bought tickets. Can hardly even buy tickets for that matter. In this day in age when people are planning ahead this will cause people to see movies elsewhere. I mean who was designing this? It’s so bad.

How can a company go out and hire imbeciles to produce an APP. Hey Reading do you just not WANT to give us a convenient way to order tickets? Go look at Regal’s.

Just Awful
This new version is horrible. You can’t view tickets you’ve purchased in your profile like you could before. I tried to order food ahead of time and the menu was missing items like popcorn and hotdogs. We had to order food at the counter when we arrived, which is fine, but I miss the convenience of order ahead. The previous app worked so well. Not sure why they “updated” to this junk.

Dreadful app; huge downgrade
This feels like an app from the early days of smartphones. Needs an overhaul from the ground up.
