wtf happened??
They no longer believe in thumbnails or previews??? All of the movies I see on the app have the same generic thumbnail with the title of the move under it?? How tf am I supposed to gauge what type of movie it is without a picture?
Can’t check out
This app hasn’t worked for me in months. I go through the whole seat selection and checkout process, enter my debit and agree to terms but the purchase button stays grayed out. No prompt with an error comes up telling me what I did wrong, if anything.
Food changes
My wife and I have been coming to this theater since it opened. We feel the food quality has dived but prices are going up. The chicken for the nachos is not edible. While the cheese for the nachos is solid the previous cheese was better and a taste I only got at SMG. The waiters/ waitresses make mistakes a lot. Food comes in separate so I can choose to eat it by itself while
I wait for whatever else I order so that way I have it hot or I wait and everything is cold. Last food should always come hot and this only happens maybe 50% of the time. If I’m on happy with it or my server I still gotta tip the max which is not right. You earn your tip.

Personal Experience
So far haven’t had a issue in years. Kids enjoy going there and service always above 85% great
Can’t change Card Details
The app won’t allow me to remove my past card, and put in new card details for the payment. Can’t buy new tickets if it won’t let me put in a new card. The app needs some work.
