Personal Experience

So far haven’t had a issue in years. Kids enjoy going there and service always above 85% great

Can’t change Card Details

The app won’t allow me to remove my past card, and put in new card details for the payment. Can’t buy new tickets if it won’t let me put in a new card. The app needs some work.

Overall good experience

I love going to the movies there. The food is great. The only thing lacking is the customer service. They sometimes fail to follow instructions on the order. Sometimes they fail to bring you silverware or condiments that you ask for. If you ask for anything extra, they’re always slow in coming back to bring it, maybe this is because they already know they are getting a tip.

Rewards Points

The app doesn't let you purchase food or drinks on the application, so it's pretty pointless, and also, for some reason, you can't redeem points as well. They need to fix this.

Love movies

I love this theater. Yes, the seats are worn from cleaning from COVID and yes, if not $6 Tues it’s can get expensive. The staff are great and responsive. Some food choices are delicious.

Fun Family night

Easy to buy tickets online, great seats and food is good! Fun family time !

Booking fees

Charging booking fees to members! Unbelievable.

Do not download app

Worst app ever.

Terrible app

Login issues and terrible customer service

Service fee!?

I like the app it’s super easy and I like it. But why in the world are you charging me $4.80 to use the app!? That’s ridiculously stupid. A service fee? Seriously? for what??

Buggy app

No Apple Pay built in. No apple sign in. Can’t order food through app. After using auto fill-in, keyboard disappears so can’t actually create an account.

Good, bad, and improvements.

Chisholm Trail, Fort Worth, Texas, location.

Good: Great movie theater. Exceptionally clean, modern. Food is fresh, tasty, fast service. Cheaper ticket prices than any rival around. Good rewards program, discounts. App has movie start and end times, with previews included.

Could be improved: I’m 5’9, 125lbs.. and I think the seats could be bigger, recline further.

The BAD: When I ordered food, I asked if they got the tip on the card, or if it is shared.. they said shared, so I gave cash. When I got the bill, they added a 18% gratuity charge. So they got tipped twice, would have been nice to know that before!! 18% on $21 of food is about $4, plus the $5 cash, came out to a 45%-ish tip. As good as the food and service was, that’s not right. So now I know, and you too.

Missed Opportunities

I cannot comprehend how many missed opportunities there are in this app design. Barebones ticket purchasing interface, no ability to buy food, no ability to even pull up a menu and look at food options beforehand? Your entire business gimmick is built on being “dinner and a show,” so why are you completely shirking your main source of company income by refusing to advertise any of it on your app? And the point system is such a mess… the fact that you can ONLY get points by buying movie tickets (because there are no food purchasing options in-app and you can’t use your account to get points when ordering in person) is absurd. It’s as if you don’t want to be in business as a company. Leaning in to the gamification of rewards experiences is a surefire way to make money and y’all are just leaving it on the table and burning it. Genuinely I’m surprised my local SMG is even still in business given how little it seems the company cares to optimize convenience. I’d say it’s a breath of fresh air in this capitalistic nightmare we live in, but it just makes me forget this theater chain even exists.
