Genuinely awful
The app wouldn’t update when artists had been moved. Meaning a lot of walking for a lot of nothing. Worst festival I’ve ever been to

Font is unreadable
I go to Leeds Festival every year as I live in a nearby village. I'm really struggling with the App this year due to the extremely poor choice of font. Having everything in bold caps makes it practically unreadable. Did the app undergo any accessibility testing at all as it seems to fall foul of the most basic of accessibility guidelines? I've always had good eyesight but have worn reading glasses for the last 5 years but I find the font on this app practically unreadable. I'm going to struggle to see who is playing this year and expect that using the app for the 3 days of the festival will become unworkable.

Pretty useful
Pretty good app as has easy to view timeline and search for artists, and if you select an artist on a stage it reminds you in time to make it there and is highlighted in the days timeline.
Basic bugs with an update
Updated the app and my schedule is gone. Shame!
Helpful but too many notifications
Really handy for planning but get absolutely swamped with notifications. The artist alerts were really helpful but had over 100 notifications from Wednesday to Sunday. Most of which were spam.

Needs less advertising
Constantly hits me with Heineken pop up adds, can’t navigate the app without having beer pushed upon me every 30 seconds, I get it your selling crates of beer for £20 but I only wanna see the set list!!!!

When clicking on an artist it sends me to YouTube rather than their page on the app
Would give the app a higher rating but when I click to see an artists bio/stage place and time it instantly links me to a song of the artist on YouTube and I have to constantly come back from YouTube to the apps artist bios. It’s really irritating.

Annoying
Used to be the R and L app, then changed to the Reading app meaning I had to download a new one despite Leeds being a much superior festival
Good but sharing all favourites doesn't work
Decent app. Easy to use, plan schedules etc. But the function to share your favourited gigs is greyed out?
