The app does work

I have seen multiple reviews saying the app doesn’t work but it does. All requests I have made get dealt with immediately. All within 48 hours. Take pictures and put in exact addresses.

Works just like the city government

This apps could be good but it isn’t. Occasionally, the app is updated and will work. Then a new iOS comes out and the app is out of commission for months and months. If it cannot be maintained, the app should be discontinued.

App Does Not Work

As soon as I click on the App it closes. The only way to report anything is to go to the city Facebook page and click Use The App. It brings up all the features of the app but you can’t use the original app that was downloaded

I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. This app use to work great. Doesn't work at all now!
