Crashing
Love the stories, but the app keeps crashing. I can read a couple chapters then it crashes. It didn’t do this before.
Subscription
Subscription is TERRIBLE when you want to cancel ur subscription it's not in your settings nor app store. You have to contact directly through their email it took at least two days for them to reach back out to me. After you tell them about your subscription cancellation they'll ask you to send ur UID number from the app so they'll cancel it for you. And if ur subscription takes another payment after they said it's cancel, don't worry after that amount of days is over it doesn't take your money again it'll just say subscribe instead of active. And I did make a review before this one, so please consider this one as an update.

No better than EA or Supercell
I guess I can say the stories offered are decent, but the payment mold is utter garbage. In my state a library card is free and if you are from out of state it’s around $25 annually. Why in the world would I pay a weekly subscription for something where the stories on it are mostly written by AI. You are using the payment model of micro transactions, which makes me sick as I kinda like reading these stories but I’m not paying for it if it’s going to be that expensive. It would be different if every story had at least 300 chapters but that’s not even the case.

Cancellation impossible
The directions that they give for canceling service did not work for me. It does not pop up for me to cancel it. They make you have to email them if it doesn’t pop up to cancel and they can ignore the email. Been working on getting my service canceled for multiple days now.

There is no option to cancel your subscription. I’ve emailed, left feedback, etc but cannot get my subscription cancelled.

It says cancel via iOS but it’s not there so how do I cancel this.
Scammers
Customer service is terrible and they will overcharge you multiple times with no refund, even though it’s their lack of assistance and FAQs that don’t tell you how to cancel the subscription properly, so they’ll purposely take their time to reply so you get charged over and over, huge scammers, do not get this app, they’re just after your money 🤥🤮

Ich habe das wöchentliche Abo abgeschlossen und man kann es nirgends kündigen und es wird nicht aufgezeigt, habe mehrfach Emails geschickt und nie eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Ich hoffe dass Paypal mir jetzt helfen kann. Ich weiß nicht was ich sonst machen soll. Passt auf und abonniert das AUF KEINEN FALL
