Customer service is terrible and they will overcharge you multiple times with no refund, even though it’s their lack of assistance and FAQs that don’t tell you how to cancel the subscription properly, so they’ll purposely take their time to reply so you get charged over and over, huge scammers, do not get this app, they’re just after your money 🤥🤮

This app is a scam
The cancellation process is awful. They don’t respond to your email and the subscription doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions to cancel it. Please don’t use this app

I love the books it's just that not all of them are on Amazon-- I'm currently trialing the trial where it's £1.99 for 3 days but it goes up after that and I'm tempted to stop it .

Random Ads but No Free Chapters
Downloaded this app bc someone said it was a free reading app where you get chapters for watching ads. Turns out you actually have to pay a subscription for reading not even a coin option AND you’ll get random ads for nothing whatsoever. Probably one of the least worth it of the reading apps.

I tried to subscribe so I could read one of the stories, and it just keeps prompting me to pay even though Apple shows an active subscription already. Didn’t get what I paid for, and support is nonexistent.

The stories are mostly decent.
The stories are mostly decently. The short stories are mostly your typical drama/romance with a lot of face slapping and such. I actually do enjoy reading them. What I am not enjoying lately however, is the app randomly crashing, which it wasn’t doing previously. It crashes every 15 minutes, and I’m finding it highly annoying enough that I won’t fix my review until it no longer crashes like this as it has been doing since the last update.
