ReadoutIQ records your meetings, transcribes them on your device, and writes the minutes, the decisions, and the action items. It is built for people whose meetings are nobody else's business: audio never leaves your device, and nothing you record is ever sent to a server run by us. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. RECORD ANYTHING WORTH REMEMBERING Meetings in the room, calls playing on your Mac, talks, lectures, interviews. Pause and resume, record in the background, and let the app stop and save by itself when everyone has left the room. TRANSCRIBED ON YOUR DEVICE Whisper, running entirely on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, with strong accuracy on names and technical terms and automatic language detection. Long sessions are transcribed as you go, so a two hour meeting is ready to read in about a minute after you finish. Speakers are separated by how their voices sound and can be named once, then recognised in future meetings. MINUTES, NOT JUST TRANSCRIPTS Ask your own AI to turn the transcript into structured minutes: topic sections, decisions, and action items with owners. Chat with any meeting. Push action items to Reminders, dates to Calendar, summaries to email or a webhook. AI runs on your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter), and only ever sees text, never audio. Meetings marked Sensitive are never sent to any AI at all. A LIBRARY THAT REMEMBERS Search every meeting semantically, on the device. Recurring meetings brief themselves on what was left unresolved last time. Pre-read documents sharpen the transcript and can be asked about later.
