Antiquated app
Incredulously, this app has not been updated to support the screen sizes of any modern iOS devices. Given that these screen sizes were first introduced >2 years ago, this is a major oversight and underscores a lack of active development of this rapidly-aging app.
Alerts for a different state.
I’m not sure why I’m being alerted for New Mexico..... app will be deleted.

Dear customer, We apologize for the down time. We have unfortunately been hit by thousands of downloads a second and our servers were overwhelmed with traffic. We've done some optimizations and we are monitoring the situation closely. You are now able to download the content of the app. It might be slow, but it should no longer crash the app.
