The app was easy to download and set up, and gives me some peace of mind if I ever have an emergency. I like how intentional this app is in keeping my data secure. It seems that some of the issues earlier reviews were having with moving past the language screen are now resolved.

Set up stuck unable to get past language
I select English at sign up and it won’t move forward after that Please fix this! I want to use the app
Unusable
I updated the app and still can’t get past the opening screen. Bummer!
Can’t get past the “about” page
I can’t use the app- seems like my iPhone SE screen is too small to show the full “about”screen that pops up once language is selected. I imagine there is a prompt at the bottom of the page that I can’t see.
Can’t register
Even after the newest version says the problem was fixed I am still not able to register. I’ve uninstalled before trying again.
Easy to Use
The app makes it easy to quickly and safely put together an emergency plan to send out to selected contacts in case of an interaction with immigration enforcement.

Critical app at a critical time!
I’m so glad that this app exists! Frequent updates, new languages being added often, so glad to have this!
Peace of mind
This app is was developed by reputable orgs and the security features are really strong. It gives me a little added layer of protection every time I leave the house knowing I have this in place.
Could not even get started
I got a screen asking me to choose my language. Nothing I could do would advance it beyond that, so I just had to delete the app.
Can’t get past the language selection
I would love to use this but it won’t go past the language selection portion for me. Hopefully there is a fix for that.
Freezes on Language selection.
I would love to use this app but the button to advance past the language selection is completely unresponsive. The wheel to select a language works but the button is either not clickable or is freezing when clicked.
Clear and easy
App walks you through creating different messages for legal support, family outreach, pet care, child care, work absences. Haven’t had to use it yet, thank god.

It’s a great idea if it would download and work. It just never downloads.
Can’t get past entering code
I cannot get past entering area code. I have had it send me the code repeatedly and it won’t let me move past entering the code that was texted to me.

Doesn’t work
After opening the app and selecting language, the next screen is frozen. No way to scroll or move forward. Hopefully this gets fixed! App sounds great. :(
