SCAM, they take your money and run!
Had to try and get a vintage Issey Miyaki jacket I bought legit checked to try and file for a refund because I suspected it to be fake upon seeing it in person. Despite highlighting everything I noticed myself was fake, and resubmitting multiple rounds of photos every time, they constantly refused to legit check it because they said they don't have the experience to do so... Don't know why they advertise verifying Issey Miyaki to begin with then :( anyways, they just basically took my $40 and said they can't do anything about it and that was that...

Not able to send documents
This service is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. It is impossible to send digital documents proving that your item is authentic. They cannot authenticate an item simply due to its quality and other characteristics either. I have had several items that ARE literally Authenticated by a 3 party service, which I know are real, items with actual receipts and proof of purchase that they could not Authenticate. Do not waste your time & money!

2 out of 3 could not be authenticated
I submitted 3 orders for authentication. One Fendi handbag, one Chopard watch, and one lot of LV wrapping ribbon. They authenticated the handbag, but gave a refund on the other two because after two days they couldn’t authenticate. They make it seem like they are the top authentication app, so I feel like this is a lie since they obviously can’t authenticate everything they say they can.

Streamlined Services from a Reputable Authenticator
The app is very user friendly. I love their customer service and overall quick response to inquiries. It’s the perfect third party authenticator for my small scale business. Turn around time for Basic service is consistently much better than Entrupy based on my experience.
Never will I use this app again. Keep the $60 scam artist.
This app is horrible. I tried legit checking my bag that was purchased at the ysl store in South Coast Plaza here in Southern California. Even with proof of purchase and receipt and a million pictures they had no answer but deemed my bag as counterfeit. $60 loss.
As you can imagine I went down to the store and got everything verified with proof of Togo so purchase and receipt as well.
I was told this app is not to be trusted , the employees referred me to try this app “legit app” which has almost a 5 star review. This app was way more legit and only cost $10 dollars for the 4 hour response . But I got my response in 1:30 minutes since I did it around 11 pm .

The app needs work- service ok
I had to revert to the browser version bc the app is not user friendly. The login should be more visible.
The process is not very clear. They get you with all the ads on cost.
Like others I had to submit more pictures. I am sure we are all using our mobile device for the picture. They need to be more clear on the lighting requirement

Not True Authentication
Pirro Isley sent in sale dollar store glasses and paid the extra $30 to get it back in one hour. Not only did I not get it back in an hour but they came back “authentic” my husband I laughed and laughed. Please don’t use this app. No good for people looking to find the truth.
Fast Service
So far I’ve had two bags authenticated by RA and I received the results before 24 hrs even though I just paid for the basic authentication.
The only problem with the app is that I have to login my details every time I need to check my order. It doesn’t have the face app recognition to login.

I wonder why this is called as an app. Terrible user experience ! I would say , it’s better to not have it than having such a low grade one .
They got it wrong
Terrible response - came back counterfeit when in fact here in Australia a second hand designer store has deemed my bag as real. This app told me counterfeit. I assume they don’t really know and just want the $$$. Much prefer taking it into a store to be seen by a real person.
Only luxury authenticator with app
I’ve used a few services but nothing beats RA in terms of service, brands, professionalism and results. They seem to be always updating everything and trying to add more value. Happy user here.
Unreliable- no customer service communication
I had to pay $90 to have a Chanel bag authentication done because the first time I submitted photos of the original bag they stated that they couldn’t certify the authentication process and gave me a credit back to my app . I resubmitted the next day with a 12 hour turnaround service because I was under a deadline from the day before so I am up to a $60 fee with a copy of the original certification from the other sellers website and they said they made a mistake but they charged me twice- that should’ve been a refund. In addition I had no way to reach then no phone number no email response so I was forced to submit a second authentication request what a racket

I paid and uploaded all photos asked and then some. 13 hours later they sent me a email “This order has been refunded, credits: $30 on 07-08-2021. Thank you for your order however we are not able to service this item due to one or more of the following issues: Quality control issues / Missing key identifiers / Image discrepancies / Not servicing this brand or style / Aftermarket repairs, etc”.
So basically they took my money and won’t be providing the service and aren’t giving me my money back but a “credit”.
They are not accredited with the BBB and it’s clearly a scam. Won’t return messages at all.

Beware. Check out the reviews of clients and etc with them mistaken items that are authentic and deemed it fake. They just go by pictures which isn’t easy to know it’s fake or not. I’m highly disappointed.

This Authentication service is a joke. I used it on several items that I purchased second hand and two items that they said were Authentic were in fact counterfeit! Look for a reliable service!!!

Waste of my time
I submitted photos of my bag, and they sent me a refund but a very vague reason as to why. I wouldn’t use them again.
Quick & simple professional service
First heard about Real Authentication from my peer luxury resellers. I’ve given it a try and I’m really happy about the accuracy, professionalism, turnaround time and options to upgrade orders. We use RA as a third party service *in addition* to our in-house screening at @shopcasafresa, that way we can provide documentation for top tier items. RA is the only service that even remotely looks legit imo. Every other site is all done through basic forms or email with little transparency. This app can use some UX improvements, but I do think it’s getting there. Excited to support and follow this company, it’s perfect for our size right now.
