App is terrible
It just loads and loads and never opens up for me to use. I thought it was my internet and even downloaded the app again and still no issues. I haven’t reviewed an app in over a decade but this one is just that bad!!!! Then I’m forced to just go on the website and even then at times it doesn’t saved my hearted items!!!!!

App Glitches
The app has an issue where if you start clicking on different products, and then try to go back to the previous screen, it glitches and is just a blank screen. You then have to restart the app and start scrolling from the top again. I would’ve just spent a good 30 minutes going through the app but it’s too glitchy

App updates terrible
This is a review of the app, not Fashionphile as a company. The app has gotten terrible. Been using it for years and never had issues until this year, where it’s gone from bad to worse. Links within purchases do not work (tracking links, certificate of authenticity, etc). Everything is very very slow to load. Unable to create and save searches (this doesn’t work anymore on the website either). Whoever FP hired for their web and app support needs to be fired.

Mess
Ever since they did a major haul of this update, it simply doesn’t work well at all. The profile page doesn’t work, it looks like it’s going to load and doesn’t, there’s so many different aspects of that page that doesn’t work. I cannot look at my purchases and I cannot even look at my selling activity.
I have to use my web browser instead of the app. They spend all this time using celebrities to sell goods, but cannot spend the time to on making the app less trash.

The worst
This app is absolute dogshi. Why does it sign me out everytime I close the app. Why does I need to email verify every time i open the app and resign. Awful weird ux things.
Devs fr this app need to be seriously questioned.
