App updates terrible
This is a review of the app, not Fashionphile as a company. The app has gotten terrible. Been using it for years and never had issues until this year, where it’s gone from bad to worse. Links within purchases do not work (tracking links, certificate of authenticity, etc). Everything is very very slow to load. Unable to create and save searches (this doesn’t work anymore on the website either). Whoever FP hired for their web and app support needs to be fired.

Mess
Ever since they did a major haul of this update, it simply doesn’t work well at all. The profile page doesn’t work, it looks like it’s going to load and doesn’t, there’s so many different aspects of that page that doesn’t work. I cannot look at my purchases and I cannot even look at my selling activity.
I have to use my web browser instead of the app. They spend all this time using celebrities to sell goods, but cannot spend the time to on making the app less trash.

The worst
This app is absolute dogshi. Why does it sign me out everytime I close the app. Why does I need to email verify every time i open the app and resign. Awful weird ux things.
Devs fr this app need to be seriously questioned.

I love the app and it makes the purchase process easy, it does go blank a lot or glitches out.
Constantly refreshing
I can’t view the entire inventory of an item because the site or the app will constantly reboot to where it either takes me back to the top of list or back to original search without filtered selections.
Terrible Company
Very disappointed with my first experience selling with this company. I sent them my luxury bag and they are claiming it is "fake" when it is in fact not.
Wasn't even informed on the reasoning as to why they believe it to be fake and are requesting I pay them $75 to send my item back and if I don't they keep it! Which I was not made aware of this and as I first time seller I had no idea! Other companies do not demand absurd amounts of money while holding your items hostage!!!
Horrible business! I've had much more pleasant experiences with Rebag! Seller beware! Customer service is a joke and they will not answer me! I'm not paying $75 to have my own property returned to me! Shady business!

Slow
The app is so slow and just keep crashing everytime, i was about to order something but will buy brand new instead
SO bad
I love FASHIONPHILE as a company, but the app needs fixing. It crashes out every 5-10min while I’m shopping and I have to start all over again. This has been a consistent issue for a long time. The app just goes blank midway through whatever I’m looking at. PLEASE fix your app.

the app is literally always glitching. i love fashionphile but the glitches are a huge disappointment and im constantly being logged out the app

Won’t give me my money
Going on 3 weeks and they still haven’t fixed the issue of me not being able to cash out my wallet on their app and on their website. Tried everything they recommended, nothing works. They have my items already and probably listed them for sale, meanwhile I can’t even cash out the money owed to me. They’re also horrible at follow ups. I have to constantly reach out to see if they fixed the issue.

Can’t load up saved search
The phone app needs a serious update and fix the bug! Saved search can’t load and showing it’s empty! It has been months already, please fix it !
Fix Your App
You used to be able to scroll pages and pages. Filter by color, designer etc. Without the app crashing. Now it crashes before you make it throughout the first page of looking at bags, slugs, or jewelry. You constantly must start over or remove app and reinstall. Makes the shopping and buying experience horrible!!!

Fashionphile app. It constantly logs you out, even after mere minutes of browsing. The slightest glance at something makes the search results reload. And it is SO SLOW. Bring back the old version. It was 1 million times better than this!!!

Absolutely love Fashionphile ! Best selection of luxury items that are quality and as described. I have been purchasing since 2019 until now 2026 and I am still a very happy customer. Easy returns if needed and love the Luxury Reserve option. Bravo Fashionphile ! ❤️
App has issues
Slow loading and glitches. Makes it tough to navigate. And when someone goes to your website on mobile it should have the option to open in the app to make a cohesive shopping experience.
