I will not use them
I signed on today just to do some research about selling. Within five minutes I had a phone call from them, then a message, then their ads kept coming up on Facebook. They really jumped the gun with their aggressive approach. I would not use a company that gets in your face this way.
Bug - takes up to 4+ taps on X to close item page
A recent update made closing an item view (the page on which I view a specific item) unbelievably annoying. It consistently takes 4 or more taps on the X to close the page. Normally I’d contact TRR customer service to pass along message but I’ve found they just make excuses for technical issues so I’m done with diplomatic channels. This my ticket for you fix the bug!

AI Authentication + search
Sorry devs but this review is more about the company and not the app itself.
AI is a powerful tool but my god their product authentication process is spotty at best when people are involved but to let AI take the wheel completely? Bad move.
Please remove ai from the product authentication process. PLEEEAASE!

Company sucks
Their commission on items is too high. Management is rude
They don’t have your back
Using TRR was different a few years ago. I trusted good customer service. My package was stolen. I lost around $800 because my package was left outside even though I gave delivery instructions. I followed TRR instructions, contacted them multiple times and nobody helped me. It’s been over a month now. If you order with them, know that they will not have your back if anything happens.
