The merchandise is great but a lot of companies have that as well but ThredUp does the best at disciplined product presentation so it doesn’t feel chaotic. I appreciate that most of the dresses are on the same mannequin with the same lighting and the same photo angles.

Scam
I sent a variety of name brand items they list as accepting in through the clean out bag option. Some were even new with tags. They accepted 1 item for 99 cents! I asked for my items back since I had followed all the requirements and the clothes were clearly sellable. They said I would need to pay for their premium service if I wanted items back. It was all very shady. Based on my experience, it definitely seemed they were selling items deemed unacceptable under pretense while sourcing them for free through consumers.
