THE ABSOLUTE WORST APP
Absolutely DO NOT SELL WITH THIS APP! If they don’t sell it and you want it back, you have to buy it from them plus shipping! And they price stuff horribly so that they get to keep the stuff and then sell it, plus the amount you get back from a sale is Pennies on the dollar. This is buy far the absolute WORST resale app.

Great shopping option
I love thred up! 1) I like to buy 2nd hand, especially for kids-they are just gonna get things dirty and stained, might as well buy used. 2) I love the prices on some really quality items! Thanks for creating a space for this great shopping option.
Great to buy and declutter
I love it a little too much. The app and the website are a little different. But read descriptions carefully and I stick with brands I know for the most part.
A Great Way to Refresh My Wardrobe
I’ve had such a great experience with ThredUp. I love being able to shop for quality clothing at a fraction of the original price while also giving pre-loved pieces another life. The selection is incredible, and I’ve been able to find some beautiful dresses and pieces that fit my personal style without spending a fortune.
I’ve also used ThredUp to clean out my own closet, which makes the entire experience even better. Being able to send in clothing I’m no longer wearing and then use my earnings toward new-to-me pieces feels like a win all around.
My most recent order may have been my favorite yet—I found so many dresses that I cannot wait to wear! ThredUp has definitely become one of my favorite places to shop when I want to refresh my wardrobe intentionally. ★★★★★

I literally never write app reviews unless I have a negative experience. But this one is a RAVE!! I'm so impressed with ThredUp! Shipping is fast & the discounts on name brand gently used clothing for women and children is such a godsend! Especially in this economy!! I haven't sold anything yet but I plan to! The deals on this app are incredible. I've saved SO much money buying clothing and shoes for back to school shopping on here! Customer service is prompt, polite& helpful. Whatever you're looking for- they likely have it & at an affordable price & shipping is an all in one deal! You don't gotta pay separate shipping costs for every item you buy like you do on poshmark! Great second hand site
I love ThredUp! It’s one of the easiest second hand sites to navigate and they have stepped up their game in recent years by improving the pictures of the items they have available for purchase. Being able to see the clothing labels and the 360 view has increased my confidence in shopping on their site. Customer service is great too!

I love the endless count of styles!!! I can personalize it just to show me my sizes and best of all, also photo search styles I’m interested in. Best 2nd hand store hands down !! With a quick click and search, IM OBSESSED!! All clothing is stored and taken well care of when they ship it over !! I can’t complain, Going no where else from now on !! Thank you Tred up !!

Honestly I’ve never been happier and this satisfied with a second hand app like this one. I love all the beautiful clothes on here. Honestly I always end up broke because I wanna buy everything on here 😭😭 wish I was rich. But I love that if something doesn’t work out the refund you on credit on the app so you don’t lose money. Highly recommend. Such great prices honestly I am beyond satisfied with this app. And of your buying get the bundle option trust me it’s less in shipping and you won’t regret it

Continuous Missing Packages
I have had four packages now from Thred up go missing. Three of which have been within the last 2 months - which is also 3/4 of the packages that I’ve ordered weighing that time. I’ve attempted resolution with both ThredUp and the carrier but they have not been of any help. The customer service reps are either very helpful or not at all and the very helpful ones are extremely difficult to get ahold of.

So disappointed
Was a customer for years. Last order I received someone else’s order. I was given 10 dollars as a “gift” — not only did I not get what I ordered but I have to print out a return slip and drive a long way to a ups store. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor and that I was wrong. Do better.

As someone likes designers but refuse to spend thousands or even hundreds on 1 purse, this site is perfect! I found dozens of designer items from handbags to purses to shoes for 10-$50 dollar depending on the brand. And this company helps the environment by reselling. 10/10 would recommend. I have zero complaints

A great alternative
I am absolutely loving the ThredUp app. I have both bought and sold on this app with no regrets. It offers a very affordable way to try new and different things without a huge investment. If you wear something once or twice, well then…. You got your moneys worth.
Great tool
Highly recommend ThredUp IF you know exactly the brand and sizes that work for you. Risky to just shop unknown brands because the return policy is expensive. They’ve improved their app over time. Pics and measurements are ok…still not guaranteed. Appreciate the pictures of the labels but more close ups of the material of the item would have helped me waste less $$. I buy a lot of black so it’s hard to tell what the material is.

Favorite store!
I constantly get asked “where’d you get that?!” I have found SO many great pieces and have sent in and sold a ton of clothes that were just taking up space in my closet I wasn’t wearing.
