Crystal’s Real Deal Wellness is such a bang for your buck. Totally worth every penny. She has programmed some of the best workouts I have ever done. The training is functional, fun and Crystal legitimately cares about the people she helps. Crystal is in this industry for all the right reasons and is such a source of motivation and encouragement. The app is easy to use and follow. So grateful for someone like Crystal to follow on Instagram too - rea nutrition and fitness advice that isn’t a gimick and it’s always positive.
