The UI is very thoughtful and designed with the user in mind. It has several features other sites don’t have like the ability to tag listings and organize them. This is my preferred app and I’m so grateful that my brokerage offers us Perchwell.

Innovation at its finest!
For real estate brokers, Perchwell is a fantastic platform. It is powerful and extremely user-friendly. It's quick and simple to conduct a search, whether on a desktop or mobile device, and even better, you can send a client a report and listing presentation that looks fantastic. Furthermore, I can connect with my clients requests on the the go! Superior to all other search engines I've used in the past hands down.

App is totally unusable.

Won’t allow me to create an account, log in via Google or use the app without signing in. Probably a good app but no way to find out.

This has to be the best real estate app. The New York market has needed something like this for an long time, good to see someone has come along and brought much needed technology to our market.

Our company signed us on to use this product recently & the response has been amazing. It's very simple & intuitive to use. The search filters are unlike anything else and the ability to do complex analysis by price point and /or other requirements is really great. Additionally, the "similar listings" feature is much more advanced than other websites / apps.

Revolutionary!
My company recently decided to go with Perchwell as our new real estate listing system. After doing my training, I have to say it is genius. There are all of these tools right at your fingertips which were not available with other systems. It is user friendly and the support staff they have is on top of it. Any question you have, they have an answer. They are always available to assist. As far as the app goes it's very useful for on the go. As a former agent, now office manager, I can truly say that I feel confident that the app will provide all the support you need when you are out on the field and away from a desktop. I look forward to using Perchwell!

What a great tool for realtors! Saves time going from site to site to site to find info. The ability to have dialogue with the clients is tremendous. I can not wait to see what Perchwell brings to the table next!
