It is a joke compare to house sigma.
street name is so big. App Constantly is thinking and spinning. Can find sold price in previous years easily like other applications.
In general waste of time to install it.
I suggest pay a little more and hire more professional app developers.
Make sure those developers are graduated from good universities.

Not working
The app uses your location but cannot find it on the map.
Not up to date
There are houses in my neighborhood that have been listed for weeks and they don’t show on this app.
Can’t even register
I am getting a message saying there is a format exception. So I can’t even finish the registration. Seriously?!?!?! I’m just trying to start to use the app!!!
Can’t use it unless you provide a phone number
To view any property, you have to register on the app which requires providing your phone number that’s verified immediately. I don’t really understand why I need to provide my phone number to view listings.

I downloaded the app and it keeps sending me to Toronto!! Why?? Nothing I do changes it. Oh well.

I never write reviews, but this app simply does not work. It’s just loads FOREVER when searching listings.
Won’t let me register
This app seems wonderful but it won’t let me join. Very frustrating. I hope to give it a better review if it works. Also, you have to pinpoint exactly where you want to go. Why not give options just outside where you are looking?

Mostly useless
Updating review after trying to use. Neighbourhoods that are 2-3 years old are not shown. Info on the homes is very very minimal.

They don’t stop texting when you ask them to stop
I deleted the app and a day after, I got a call and a text from them. I responded to the message asking to “stop” texting as that is the protocol per the legislation in Canada for unsubscribing.
They not only went against the law but responded in a negative gaslighting tone.
Don’t get the app if you do. You will get unwanted texts.

I m sorry but what a waste of time :( I register, they send me a code and nothing happens , hopefully it was free , can not believe whom ever has the knowledge of creating an apps don’t take few times to check if it works or not !
Poorly executed app
Difficult to search, listings are limited, texts overlaps making reading prices difficult on the map. Waste of download.
Update make it crap
Who ever did update , he need to learn what is computer science . u need to add +- sign that people change amount of House price and others . how can i so accurate to pinch with my fingure on cell phone , u can do it with mouse on computer but on cell phone. . What a stupid update . Rest In Peace For This App.

Not accurate
Tried to filter searches (multi family units) and kept saying Zero even though I have seen other websites show properties in those areas. And annoying to use scale to find the desired numbers, should have a box to input exact details instead of needing to scroll.

Great potential
I can tell that this would be quite handy; unfortunately, this app doesn’t work the way it is designed to. The map has this annoying pulse that is just super distracting. The biggie is that pictures do not load, which might be a deal breaker. Also, I’m pretty sure it is not displaying all listings. Lastly, the screen is mostly dominated by the search window with only a small portion at the bottom available for the map. Would be great if the search box could be minimized.

Can’t search for farm or acreage and then have to zoom in on a city for any listings to show up
