This was a great tool to teach about friendships. The stories were relatable and the sound effects were just enough to make the stories come to life but still be cool for Middle Schoolers
Great advice on tween/teen-friendly format
This app addresses the most important issues encountered in the lives of middle schoolers. It gives them tools to deal with these issues and uses language and format that they understand. There are many resources available for parents. But for the first time I see a child-oriented app meant to guide and mentor putting themselves in their shoes. This was long due and a fantastic idea. I believe this app can actually help children going through the transitional period of puberty and also some teens.

Middle school confidential
This is a great role play activity for middle schoolers who are trying to navigate social situations. A printed script (available online) would be helpful for group members to read as others are looking at the graphics, which are fabulous!

This app is good. It will teach kids about friendship. It gives quizes so you know if your son is paying attention.
Cool app
I am excited to try this with my 7-8th grade social teen class! The app hits on some key issues that my students have been dealing with. I like the stories and the quizzes will give great class discussion.
Great app for social thinking!
The focus on friendships and relationships in the comic strip book was very helpful for the middle school boys I worked with this week. We only worked through a couple chapters, but they're looking forward to the next chapters. I did like the quiz feature that is available after some of the chapters. The app is great as is, but some of my students struggle to read so the addition of text to speech would be something to consider in the future. Great app!!!

Another perfect app for teens!!
What a great app! Perfect way for teens to think about their own emotions and make good choices in life and in their social interactions! I don't have middle school aged kids, but I will use this to start discussion now to prepare them for future friendship issues. I love the added quizzes at the end of the chapters, so teens can practice and apply what to do in a given situatuion! I would highly recommend this app!!!

Great!
My son will be starting middle school soon and this addressed so many real life circumstances. Not sure if he comprehends everything, but this will give us a place to start to see what he does understand with friends. It would be nice to have the option if you want to click on the words and have it read to you. Love the quiz!

This is a wonderful app. It's very thought provoking. It gave us a nice chance to open a dialog with the kids. It was very good for my elementary aged daughter who has a high functioning autism. Highly recommend this app.

As a middle school student I enjoyed the 2nd book more than the first, except the sound got lost and there's no way to get it back.

Fabulous! I like how the developers have formatted these books, the quizzes, enough sounds (not too much). There are parts that I can use with older elementary age kids, too. I'm not surprised that this is a five star app, the developers are great about listening to feedback. LOVE IT!!!
Great App for the Middle School Aged Student!
I love the new version of Middle School Confidential. My upper elementary pragmatic language group is very "tuned in" and responsive to what they are discussing in each chapter of the app. Thank you for a great tool for older students.

I am a male student in middle school. The social situations are thought-provoking and can relate to your everyday life. I love the quizzes at the end of some chapters. I found out that I am a real friend because of them. You'll find how you rate as a friend with these quizzes. 5 stars!
Excellent Story
This is a great story for kids who want to learn about what real friends should be like as well as teaching them the kind of friend they want to be. Love the interactive quizzes in the story. Makes kids think about the different social situations and what would they do in that situation. I think it helps them evaluate their friendships as well.
