Is the app shut down?
I haven’t been able to launch the app for months because it kept saying “not connected to internet”. Deleted it in hopes that maybe there was a new app version but no. Why would Real Fruit not offer a rewards program anymore? Every drink chain has those

The app works fine and the choices are good, but it is way too hard to earn points! Changes must be made.

First and foremost, I want to make it clear I am writing in hopes of see change and or improvement. There is nothing wrong with the UI, because it is very efficient to use. The only issue is coming to terms with the point system design. For every dollar spent, 10 points will be received. The only option to redeem the points is by gaining 1000 in order to collect a drink 50% off. In other words, spend $100 within 6 months before the collected points expire to claim your reward. This app does not offer other options to redeem points earlier as well; making it very inconvenient if you aren’t a consistent consumer on the cusp of loosing the entirety of points you did build up. The new rewards program sucks. It’s insulting.
Here’s how it works: once you spend a whopping 100$, you get a single free drink. Wait no, that was before. Now you get a coupon for 50% off.
But wait, there’s more! You can only use said coupon with one of FOUR items in the specialty menu.
Oh, and the coupon expires after 6 months too.
So basically, once you’ve spent !!100$!! You have the privilege of saving a whopping 3 dollars on a drink not of your choice, and you have to do it within 6 months.
Take a hike. Don’t waste your time with this app.

I wish someone could help them create a new app this one sucks. It’s not intuitive, the QR code doesn’t scan well, not sure how the reward levels work. I rather carry around a physical rewards card then use up my data on this app.
No customer service, lost $30
Real Fruit switched reward apps without warning and the $30 gift card I had in the old app was not transferred. I had proof in the form of screenshots of my balance on the apps, but no longer had the physical gift card. Tried reaching out to customer service, they took 2+ weeks to respond between emails and were entirely unhelpful. My money was never transferred. I reached out again months later and got no reply at all. Also, they say they have a customer service phone number, but it’s only a robot telling you to email them instead.

No clear redemption process.
There needs to be a much clearer way to redeem “rewardss points”. I have over 200 points, but my balance shows as “$0.00”, and there is no obvious way to redeem these points in the app. Should be intuitive, not mysterious.

Poor money handling
Ordered over 4 times through the app and each time it would take the money but not send the order and after a couple of days it would return as credit
No verification code
It didn’t send any verification code for verifying mobile number. I tried installing the app again, still didn’t send one. :(
