Poor support

Unfortunately you cannot get quality support from this company. My clients have had problems with the app and they reach out to the realtor and it’s not our job to be technical support, but they have a little option. When I reach out they want help now, not a week after I managed to get a response on a support ticket. And usually the responses don’t answer the questions they just refer you elsewhere. By then business is lost.

Very frustrating because this company has a good product but unfortunately they don’t service it and they don’t know how to tweak it to do anything other than manage market segments in which they have experience.
