I use this app very often and I like it, however I wish there were more Kanji in this app. The current number is 1715 and that is not even the full amount of the 常用漢字, which is 2136. I strongly suggest adding all of the kanji within the 常用漢字
Also I noticed an error in the app, the word 「衣服」has the wrong reading. It should be 「いふく」but the app says it's 「いるい」(衣類)

I've been looking for an app like this for awhile. I especially like the typing mode because it lets me test my kanji reading skills.
Can be improved
English translations for the words should be included with every word/phrase so it would be a more seamless education system. Otherwise, a very useful app based on flash cards that really helps to learn kanji for every level of the JLPT.
Essential to my learning.
This app uses a sort of flash card method to help users learn or maintain their Harigana and Katakana. I’ve only been studying Japanese for about a month and a half. I can read most characters by this point. This app makes the process of maintaining what i’ve learned, and correcting mistakes, far easier. Because it allows you to turn on each set with different typefaces, the app will expand as you learn. That way you can start off slowly and work your way up.

Furigana problem
This app was really great until recently. Furigana of Kanji became unreadable. Please fix this.

Update: Apple has fixed their bug in iOS 11! The app now works as it did in the past. Really sorry about this. It is caused by a recently-introduced bug in Apple's iOS operating system. I reported it months ago and Apple confirmed its existence. Waiting for them to fix it now. In the meantime, you can use the rōmaji setting (although I admit this is inferior to the furigana setting).
Real Kanji
This is a beautiful App! It's cute, cool, safe…whatever your preferred term is for marked approbation. We like Apps that are complete and thorough, but sometimes they become tedious. Whenever I need a pick-me-up because learning kanji and their readings has become a drag, I turn to Real Kanji. It's like a refreshing dessert after a heroic main course. It has a key place in my kanji-learning armoury.
