This advanced system allows a third party party contact such as a real estate agent or Title agent to initiate the secure transmission of wire instructions from one entitiy to another. Both the person sending the wire instructions and the person receiving the wire instructions must pass a three factor authentication routine, and that authentication routine can only be initiated by a third party after both the sender and receiver have virtually checked into the wire room.
