Very buggy, but only the last few days.
There is something wrong with the app. I have deleted and redownloaded a number of times, but still not working. The stops don’t show up, and when you touch on the map where they usually are, it says “loading stops”, and crashes every single time. Please fix this. 5-1-2019
Great when it works, but usually broken
I’ve been using this app for a few months now. When it works, it’s great, but there are often issues making it not so great... one example of this is that it will sometimes crash when searching for routes. And by crashing, I mean it crashes over and over no matter how many times you try to go back into the app and search for a route. The only fix for this is to wait a while and try again, which is inconvenient for a tracking app and can make you miss your bus. Second example of this app failing is that the buses aren’t always tracked. Most days I open the app and see my bus and its ETA. But other days I open the app and no buses show up at all, no matter how much I refresh and exit the app and go back in. This makes it really hard to predict when the bus will show up, mainly because it can show up as early as 10 minutes late or as late as an hour late, so having no tracking is really inconvenient and makes the app worthless at times.
