Dear reality team,
I have been using REALITY since its launch in 2020, and it quickly became one of my favorite apps. I regularly shared it with friends and family so we could stay connected long-distance, and its versatility in streaming, VTubing, and avatar customization made it stand out among similar platforms. I genuinely appreciated how creative, social, and comforting this app was for me, and I used it almost every day. Unfortunately, since the iOS 17.0 update, I am no longer able to access the platform due to new device-type restrictions. Because of this, I can’t speak with friends, relatives, or members of the community I’ve grown close to over the years. This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering how much REALITY helped me with social anxiety and personal expression. It was a major source of comfort, and losing access has been very difficult. I respectfully ask the REALITY team to reconsider these restrictions or offer an alternative solution. Not everyone is able to purchase a newer device just to continue using the app, and limiting access may cause a decline in both active users and new community members. Many people, including myself, have invested time, currency, and emotional value into this platform. Additionally, the App Store page currently states that REALITY works on devices such as the iPhone 11. However, when downloaded, it only displays a message instructing users to “install the latest version,” even when that version is already installed. This inconsistency can confuse and discourage new or returning users. Despite these issues, I still deeply appreciate REALITY and everything it has offered. It will always hold a special place in my heart, and I truly hope a solution can be reached so long-time users like myself can return to the platform we care about. This app is ridiculous. Mass banning people for no reason.
I’ve been a streamer since 2021, and I’ve seen so many people be falsely banned.
Mistake #1 - Taking away free points when interacting with streams.
Mistake #2 - Making streamers moderators, like this is not the way to interact with the community.
Mistake #3 - Not even bothering with banning the people cheating in events, or disgusting people going after minors.
Using gacha pulls to get tickets ISNT WRONG. It’s legit a free option that has NO GAIN on anything.
You legit have people cheating on events and getting money from it. Make it make sense.
I’ve spent PLENTY of money on this app and I will not ever again due to this. Banning people like this is LOSING valuable customers. Fix your app for gods sake.

Falsely Banned
I’ve used this app for about 3-4 years and never had any issues but I go to join and my account is permanently suspended bc of an alt account for a free gotcha event that they’ve done multiple times. It’s ridiculous that I get banned for a free gotcha while there’s people that use alts on actual event to earn real money and they don’t get banned, This app is has gone so downhill it’s a miracle it’s still up.

Banning for NO REASON
I’ve been on this app since 2021 and I’ve seen so many people get falsely banned. You guys have ruined the app for majority of people. Taking away free points was mistake #1. Making streamers mods was mistake #2. Not even bothering moderating how disgusting people can be or age verifying.

Everyone is SUPER kind and supportive and very respectful but my concerns are why you let people comment on streams inappropriate things like I saw on a stream “I’m gonna touch (name) v*agina” I know the creator can delete the comment but you also shouldn’t be letting people say that stuff, but anyway, it’s a really good app!! 💋

I only rated 5 stars so people see this. I turned my iPad off completely but when opened again still ‘you have to wait an amount of time before sending another verification code’ delete app STILL SAYS THE SAME THING. Do not download >:<

I go on there to obviously what everyone wants to do stream make friends be a vtuber etc. but it’s very strange I have screen shorts of old men being very weird and gross to me and obviously I felt uncomfortable but I had fans so I ignored it and blocked them but this is very weird because they came back on several accounts asking why I blocked them and it’s very hard to even get viewers most of the popular vtubers on the app are boring rude to children or extremely insensitive plus racist please REALITY do something

All basic items at free and every premium items cost coins, but to have it for free, you can only use basic items, and you can even do klive streams ad get free coins by watching adds!
Amazing app but needs work on hand tracking it’s a bit glitchy
It’s an amazing and fun app I’ve played it for 6 years and it’s amazing. Filled with amazing people I can’t wait to see how much this game evolves.
