Can’t capture an object like the trailer in the description

I have searched everywhere and they all tell me the same thing press the + in reality captures files i did that and it doesn’t even bring so anywhere to scan an object

I'm having a lot of issues

I'm giving this one star because I downloaded it and I am visually impaired unused accessibility. However, the accessibility was not telling me anything! It's a very difficult to use and I am not good at dragging. If there could be a feature where you tap on certain objects or VoiceOver, you double tap on objects it would be much easier.

Crashes instantly

App crashes as soon as I try to use it on iPhone 17 pro. Haven’t been able to get 1 scan done. Get 50% of the way though and it locks up. Sometimes give an error.

FAQ

What can I build with this app?

You can build and produce augmented reality (AR) experiences. This includes assembling scenes by placing virtual objects, importing your own 3D models, and adding animations and spatial audio to make your AR creations interactive.

Do I need 3D experience to use this app?

No, the app is designed for users with no prior 3D experience. It features a drag-and-drop interface for placing and rotating objects, and simple tools for adding animations and audio, making AR creation accessible to everyone.

How can I use the AR experiences I create?

You can export your complete scenes as .usdz files. These files can be used directly in AR Quick Look on compatible devices, integrated into your existing 3D projects, or further developed within Xcode on a Mac.

What devices are compatible with the photogrammetry feature?

The photogrammetry feature, which allows for creating 3D models using LiDAR sensors, requires an iPhone 12 Pro or later, or an iPad Pro 5th generation or later. This leverages the advanced sensor capabilities of these devices.

Is this app free to use?

Yes, the application is available for free. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned, allowing users to create and export AR experiences without any cost.
