Sign in with Apple doesn’t work on app or website.
Tried “sign in with Apple” on the website and got the error below. The app itself failed “sign in with Apple” as well.

Verification does not work and continues to bounce back to the App Store.

Warning - Advisor misleading about fee
Before starting to use their service, the initial advisor stated that I would need to pay their fee of $299.00 before they start working with me to find bids with contractors, then if I ended up not signing with a contractor that I like, it would be refunded. The reality is that they won’t refund you, they change their statement and say that they will only refund it once you sign with one of their contractors.

Rip off
It’s been months when I have sent texts and emails weekly. They took my money and never called back. I’ve had 1.5 estimates in 4 months. Absolute waste of money.
Avoid Realm
They will connect you with new comers contractors / designers, if they work great, you took a risk and realm got a coupon if they don’t work, you paid both realm and professional and don’t expect any help from realm. Avoid this middle man at all cost

I recently updated the app and now it won’t load at all.

Fantastic insights and service!
The app is great for exploring things happening around your home. I got a call from one of their sales reps about a free consultation and decided to give it a try. I got a lot of good tips and tricks for my upcoming kitchen and ADU and am definitely going to use their service to get my projects done in a couple months.

Not very useful
Installed the app and received call to sell their paid service (help you to plan your renovation and source contractor). Since I am in the market for contractor, I paid and tried their service. My conclusion was completely useless.
They basically send my project to their list of contractors and see who is interested. Then, schedule a walkthrough with me and provide the bid. My project is pretty small and didn’t get a lot of interest. Realm project manager is not responsive at all, it took me over 2 months to get 3 bids and missed my timeline. I had questions and wanted clarification on the bid. They never came back to me. In term of price, the bids are not competitive based on my other recent project. Overall, realm helped me to schedule 3 walkthroughs and get 3 bids in two months time. That’s it.

Prepare to be spammed
Ever since I tried this app out, I have received an average of 5 spam phone calls a day trying to sell me home improvement. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Run the other way!

What is the point of this app?
I downloaded this app after watching a DIY youtuber mention it. I was under the impression that I could find a contractor to do renovations on my house but it only allows me to “add projects”. No where is there an option to do anything with those projects.
Glitchy and inconsistent UI
Can't find accurate quotes, app freezes a bunch, and sometime UI can't be navigated.
Does not value your privacy
Someone gives me a call just because I signed up for the app. Total breach of privacy. This is ridiculous and prices quoted by them are definitely not the prices contractors are asking.

Buggy and slow
The whole app is pretty buggy, hung twice during the registration
Notifications?
The app indicates there are 3 notifications or alerts. I go into the app, no red icons or exclamation points...so exit and alert badges are still there...3! I go back into the app, opened the menu, still no visible or pending alerts...went into each window then exited the app...still there. Ended up turning off notifications which is a shame because I like the updates/alerts.

Helped me with my renovation!
I had been thinking about renovating my kitchen and bathroom for so long but was overwhelmed about where to start and if I was making the right call. Amberly at Realm made my decision so much easier with their report and connecting me to a contractor I love. Thanks for the help! The project is going great.
