Buggy
I’m so frustrated with this app. I have had repeated problems with it for weeks now- and can’t even get beyond the log in screen on the agent portal. Support has been no help. It’s a great product when it works, but ever since two weeks ago - nothing but frustration.

Won’t go past letting me type in my email an my iPad…..works on my phone but not my work iPad? Help……

Blazing fast and easy to use
The RealScout agent app is super clean and incredibly fast. I love the ability to share properties and message clients directly through the app as well, rather than chasing their info in my phone or CRM. Also, being able to see at a glance who is most recently looking at homes, or their home’s value is great context for who should be reached out to. There’s even the ability to see agent remarks and showing instructions right in the app, which keeps me coming back to here even over my actual MLS app! If you are a RealScout user, this is a must-have app for your phone’s main Home Screen.

Do your homework first
I should have read AppStore reviews before using this app. My brokerage offers it to us for free but my clients were extremely disappointed when I got them on. It was really embarrassing because I talked this app up to my clients and it ultimately made me look really bad. Read the reviews on AppStore before trying this.

Crashes if u toggle single family homes in the filter
Title says it all.
Find Tab - but no way to connect to My Clients
The app says the FIND tab is new feature, but what good is it if it doesn’t allow one to send as a link to discuss found properties from app within this app (isn’t this the purpose?) If there is a way to send a searched link, pls let me know and I’ll change review.
