Can’t rate property features
You cannot rate property features in the app, which is the only thing about RealScout that sets it apart from other searches so why bother with the app?

What makes RealScout different is you can rate aesthetics of homes, rooms, and like features of the area to get better recommendation- BUT NOT IN THE APP??? WTH? I’m a Realtor using the platform for clients and have to tell my clients to only use the browser version because the feature that makes RealScout different from anything else is missing in their app. Why not just use Zillow? Which is what most people will end up doing…. So why am I paying for an app that doesn’t do it’s core purpose?

Can’t rate features in app
If you use the website, you can rate what you like and don’t like about a house the floors, the layout, the kitchen. In the app, you can only thumbs up or thumbs down the overall property which defeats the purpose.

It is very glitched I will not let me look at house it like reloading every time I scroll down the list.
Great not perfect
This is a great app for finding a home but the only things it doesn’t do well are help you filter by move-in date and school rating
Great resource
This app has almost everything you want. It’s just missing a filter option for Fee Simple vs Lease Hold.

I downloaded the app and it called for my email to get started. I put in my email and it said there was no account associated with that email. There was no other place to go to either sign up or use the app as a guest.

Hi Mike, this is a private service, for the clients of real estate agents who use RealScout. Please ask your agent if they use RealScout. If so, they can create an account for you, or send you an invite to make your own.

Been using the app for my search and it’s been seamless.
Notifications not working
I downloaded this app because my realtor suggested me too, and it’s great! I did get notifications at first but then stopped getting them after a while. I double checked to see if I turned them off in the settings by accident and reset my phone as well and reinstalled the app and nothing worked. It may not be a huge issue but it’s quite annoying that I have to check the app all the time to see if there was a new listing. I like to be alerted right away so I can let my realtor know if I like something so she can schedule me right away to go see a house. Please try to fix this!

No tablet support
It’s crazy that this app doesn’t support tablets. I don’t want to look through photos on my small iPhone screen.
Why should I use this instead of Redfin?
My realtor added me work with her on realscout, but Redfin is 100 times faster and more user friendly. There are also less listings compared to apps like Redfin, Zillow or Compass. What's the point? I can text my agent if I want to know something

Finding homes easier than ever
This app is for when you’re serious in a search for a home. It’s keeps and updates your broker/agent directly with any new preferences or search parameters while keeping you up to date with the current listings with accurate and data you can trust in the areas you’re hunting for a new spot. Would be a nice feature to be able to view the homes in your search parameter through an all listings view that you could sort, in addition to clicking on the homes individually. Super easy to use interface and UX has been great.

Great app!
Makes searching for a new home more productive and keeps you focused! Lots of relevant search filters that you can combine with a custom-drawn boundary on the map. Search results are saved to a list view that you can sort and mark your favorites. Your favorites are added to a separate list for you to narrow down. You get notifications on price changes and status changes to stay up to date. When you're ready, share listing links with your agent to expedite showings. Way more effective than searching multiple sites loaded with misinformation.
