Needs updates
Needs updates. There is no iPad interface, and it looks scaled up and blurry on any of the plus models.
$2M max is not enough...
This app seems nice, but in my area, $2M max is not enough... Maybe you should look at the areas that sell the most expensive properties in the nation when you create Max value...? Thank u.
No option for VA loans
Using a va loan means you don't have to pay the PMI but there's no option to remove that from the monthly payment. This makes the app useless for an entire group of people.

This App Used to Work!
This app used to be great, but now it keeps defaulting to 1 million dollars for the price of the home on the mortgage calculator. Disappointing because I used to use it all the time. I guess I will have to find another one that works.

I am using the realtor app for buying home. Now this add on app by Move gives affordability info and calculators are so useful. No any more need to look on website and find houses. Loves the simplicity and controls

Everytime I try to put a home price in then a dollar amount as a down payment, it changes to some other price. Strange.
