Lagging Response and Minimal iOS Support
This app is slow and rarely worth using over the key fob. The app also does not support the latest iOS features including widgets, shortcuts, etc. Disappointing overall.

Rarely works
Have had retrax power cover for over a year and still cannot use this app to do anything helpful. This include simply opening and closing the cover. I have had to delete my vehicle and then go through the process of reconnecting BT but within a month or so it will say “error bluetooth command failed or was not received” even though it accurately shows the status of the cover (closed or open). Just does not respond to commands. Have reached out to Real Truck several times only to get a “we are aware of the that it does not unlock doors, etc. until there is an update from Chevy….” Nothing further.

Horrible product. Brutal set up and still doesn’t work. Stick to the basics and get a manual cover.

Guys, I have issues every single day with this app I have the EQ on a 2024 tundra
2024 Silverado
Need the update for 2024 Silverado to be able use the app to open tailgate and lock and unlock truck. Any idea when this update will happen?
Works Good
This app works well. It looks good. I use the OEM key to open cover most of the time.
