This app is super glitchy no matter how many times you delete and reinstall please get this fixed
iPad App Soooo Slow
This cash back company is pretty good but the iPad app is torturously slow. I’ve tried on A16 iPad, an M2 and an M3 iPad Air, and the RebatesMe app takes a minimum of 17 seconds to load on the M4, over 30 seconds on the A16. Not sure why since the iPhone app opens right away on a iPhone 14, so I recommend using this service on a phone or computer.

Scam service, doesn’t award cash back or sign-up bonuses.
Rates look good but they simply do not pay. Over $1,000 in shopping trips and not even my paltry $5 sign-up bonus was paid (I’ve had a much better experience with TopCashBack and Rakuten. rak gave me $30~ when I was new there, and actually paid out..) RBM support technically responds but does not offer solutions or missing payments in my experience. Must be growing pains..

Everything worked well till it came time to cash out. They sent me a prepaid card that couldn’t be redeemed. Won’t be using these guys again. Plenty of other similar sites that won’t scam you like this

Don’t be fooled like I was!
I have been waiting since September to get my rebates. They still have not given them to me.This is happening to so many folks! Use another app that will pay you.
After this review, they reached out and said they were investigating it. They denied both claims today. Do not trust this company to pay you. There are plenty of other trustworthy companies.

A great cash back app
This company has awesome customer service and stands behind the cash back they offer. When I had a problem with my offers crediting, they resolved the problem right away. I will continue to be a customer and shop with this app. I also like they don’t send a bunch of junk emails or notifications.
Total waste
Nothing works. My cashback never were received and customer service has no answer. Not worth it.
Long time to receive rebate
I ordered an item on Sept. 2 and the expected date to receive cash back is on December 1. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for the rebate. I’m going to switch back to Rakuten. This app wasn’t worth it to download at all.
Impressed the high cashback
I loved this app. If I know this app sooner, I wouldn't lose so many opportunities on my cashback for shopping online. This website has all my favourite stores to purchase which other cashback app doesn't. The only problem is that it needs to update the bug fixes. When I purchased my favourite store to get cashback, it won't get back home where can chose my other search stores. I have to delete the app and then re-download the app back to get where I can search the stores to shop. Please have it fix cuz this app is amazing.

There’s no way to cash out or talk to anyone about the infinitely pending payments. Use Rakuten.
Don’t waste your time
The site is not clear on when you’ll get your money back and the customer service isn’t helpful at all. First it says you’ll get it after 7 days but also could be up to 180 days after your purchase.
Not worth it.
I’ve have only been able to get this to work once. I also had the add on added to my web browser and even after activating it, nothing happens. When you talk to customer service, they will claim you never visited the site or violated some condition or terms. I’ve had dozens of orders not get cash back. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Saver Beware
After my first purchase a rebate was posted and an email sent congratulations. Two days later it was cancelled. No reason was given. After two months and several emails asking for an explanation no one responded.
Other rebate sites are more professional. Use them and NOT RebatesMe.
