No customer service support, Iโve waited for my order and thereโs no way to contact customer service!! Awful experience, I will never purchase anything from them

It was easy for me to work the app and a lot of cute choices however the lack of different skin tones does not seem right and they should add all different tones of women. Iโm Hispanic and would like to see more tones of women.

I downloaded this app when it first came out and it was not good. I continued on site. Well now I prefer to shop ONLY in the app. Iโm so glad all the kinks were worked out. This is my go to site for clothes.
TERRIBLE BUSINESS
This business only responds with computer generated emails. They do not respond to customer complaints or inquiries. If there is a issue with an order, forget about a timely response. Computer response says, you only have 14 days to resolve an issue. Then you donโt hear back from the company. Terrible business ethics. Iโd stay clear from REB DOLLS.

Donโt download the app. It does not work properly. You canโt check out via the app therefore you donโt get to receive the discount advertised. Also you canโt use your rewards via the app.
