The app
Not working. It hasn’t worked since I downloaded it a few months ago.
Over a month and still waiting for my order
No customer service support, I’ve waited for my order and there’s no way to contact customer service!! Awful experience, I will never purchase anything from them
Big boobs
I love REBDOLLS because I know they will have the dress for my monthly mood. And I can go braless with their spaghetti strap dresses because it fits snugly enough to fit my boobs and they are big
Top tier
I love this website I just love that plus size women has different options of clothes that make us feel good and look good😆
Style
Most of the styles are just not for me.
It’s okay
It was easy for me to work the app and a lot of cute choices however the lack of different skin tones does not seem right and they should add all different tones of women. I’m Hispanic and would like to see more tones of women.
Much Better!
I downloaded this app when it first came out and it was not good. I continued on site. Well now I prefer to shop ONLY in the app. I’m so glad all the kinks were worked out. This is my go to site for clothes.
TERRIBLE BUSINESS
This business only responds with computer generated emails. They do not respond to customer complaints or inquiries. If there is a issue with an order, forget about a timely response. Computer response says, you only have 14 days to resolve an issue. Then you don’t hear back from the company. Terrible business ethics. I’d stay clear from REB DOLLS.

Trash
Don’t download the app. It does not work properly. You can’t check out via the app therefore you don’t get to receive the discount advertised. Also you can’t use your rewards via the app.
